Ava Connect is a digital platform and secure patient portal that allows patients to access their medical information and communicate with their doctors securely. It functions as a bridge between patients and their physicians, enabling features like messaging, appointment management, viewing lab results and requisitions, and tracking personal health metrics.
The system is integrated with the Ava EMR (Electronic Medical Record) for seamless data flow and aims to streamline patient-doctor communication and enhance overall care.
